Samantha McGuinness is the founder of Enabled and the Face to Face Marketing Network. She began her career in the home remodeling industry where she built Renewal by Andersen of Greater Toronto’s events department from the ground up into a ten million dollar revenue driver within three years. Her team earned the Events Team of the Year award out of 115 locations nationwide, proving what is possible when systems, KPIs, and culture align.
With Enabled, Samantha provides contractors with proven strategies, tools, and accountability to grow profitable face to face marketing departments. Through the Face to Face Marketing Network, she has created a dedicated community for owners and managers who want to hire, train, and scale in field marketing teams with confidence.
